What heating and air conditioning systems does HTM service?

HTH services all common refrigeration and air conditioning systems – from split units and VRF systems to chillers and commercial refrigeration units and heat pumps. Both individual and large-scale systems are part of our scope of services.

How often should an air conditioning system be serviced?

As a general rule, we recommend maintenance at least once a year – or twice a year for systems that are used intensively or for commercial purposes. Regular maintenance extends the lifespan of the system, reduces energy consumption, and prevents costly breakdowns.

What is a tightness test and when is it prescribed?

Systems containing fluorinated greenhouse gases must be regularly checked for leaks in accordance with §6, Category 1 of the ChemKlimaschutzV. The inspection intervals depend on the quantity of refrigerant contained. HTM carries out these inspections professionally and documents them thoroughly.
