The maintenance intervals are based on the respective standards and legal requirements – annually or semi-annually, depending on the type of system. HTM creates an individual maintenance plan for each customer, which keeps track of all deadlines and is documented comprehensively.
Fire dampers are installed in ventilation ducts and automatically close in the event of a fire to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. They must be regularly maintained and checked for functionality – a defective fire damper can endanger lives in an emergency and is a violation of fire protection regulations.
During smoke and heat control (RWA) maintenance, our technicians check the release devices, drives, controls, and mechanical components for proper function. All results are documented, and any defects are reported immediately.
Yes – in addition to technical maintenance, we also carry out structural fire protection renovations, for example sealing cable and pipe penetrations or renewing fire protection seals. Everything from a single source and executed in compliance with standards.
We fully document any defects found and will inform you immediately. We will rectify minor repairs on-site, and for larger issues, we will promptly provide you with a quote for repair or replacement.
