For years, HTM has stood for reliable support for building services systems: from maintenance and repair to energy optimisation. What sets us apart: we know our customers, think long-term, and are there when it matters.
About HTM Maintenance
HTM GmbH & Co. KG was founded in July 2000 by Marco Vaudlet – with the aim of operating technology more effectively and sustainably.
The original idea was to market their own control system. However, the market developed differently than expected – necessitating a rethink. This decision became a turning point: the focus shifted decisively to the maintenance of ventilation and control systems. This laid the foundation for HTM's current business model.
In the following years, the range of services was expanded step by step. In addition to maintenance, heating, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, fire protection, and hygiene were added. A specialised service provider developed into a holistic partner for technical building equipment.
As experience grew, clear structures, processes and responsibilities were established within the company. Another important milestone was the establishment of the HTM shop. What began as a daily necessity developed into a successful e-commerce business in the field of filter media.
In 2021, the move from Industriepark Region Trier to the new company building in the Wittlich industrial area followed. Today, HTM employs around 40 people and generates an annual turnover of over 7 million euros. After more than 25 years, HTM stands for quality, reliability, and a clear stance. The focus is clearly on one goal: sustainable value preservation.
