Your tasks:
Reception, checking and recording of incoming goods deliveries
Picking of materials for maintenance, customer service assignments and projects
Inbound and outbound logistics as well as structured merchandising
Ensuring order, cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
Care and maintenance of the outdoor facilities
Material delivery to building sites and workplaces on demand
Carrying out material transport and general errands
Preparation and provision of tools, machinery and materials
Assistance with warehouse organisation and stock control
Disposal and separation of packaging materials and recyclables
Support with maintenance and assembly work as required
Your profile:
Experience in warehousing, logistics or a manual trade environment is an advantage, but not essential

We are an innovative company in the building services field, specialising in the maintenance, upkeep, optimisation and energy-efficient refurbishment of building services systems, with our own automation and control department. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated MSR/Control Engineer (m/f/d), who actively shapes and further develops our projects in the areas of new installation, renovation, service and especially energy optimisation.
Your tasks:
Commissioning, maintenance, and optimisation of MSR/building automation systems
Programming, parameterisation, and customisation of controllers and automation systems
Performing failure analyses and troubleshooting.
Support with the design, implementation and documentation of control concepts
Collaboration with clients, project managers, and external partners
Your profile:
Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or similar
Several years of professional experience in the field of MSR, building automation, or HVAC control is an advantage.
Knowledge of relevant systems desirable
Experience and knowledge in the areas of BACnet, various bus systems (e.g. Modbus, KNX, M-Bus) as well as system integration are advantageous
